Upscaled Loft in Historic Center with sunny patio

Our guest apartment is absolutely brand new, transformed from an old typography workshop to a sophisticated design space. The furniture was created by hand using local and eco-friendly materials or renovated old pieces. There is a King size bed with super comfortable mattress and premium quality pillows, a work desk with a library, a sofa that turns into a double bed and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. The large industrial style windows open directly space to the veranda where our guest could enjoy their lunch or relax to the deck chairs with an unrestricted view to a central soothing square In spacious bathroom, you will find a big shower and a storage space with many extra amenities and comfort facilities like washing machine, hairdryer, first aid kit and toweling. The space has high-speed internet and is designed to be accessible for persons with special needs. Every space or supplies in my property are available to use. I allow a flexible arrival time best for my guests and also I m accessible frequently because of living and working in the neighborhood. But I prefer to respect your privacy so I let you know to contact me (sms, mail, phone) if you have any request or concerns. Also there is available a unique guide with various info’s and many tips for the city in order to facilitate you to self-manage your needs and discover the “genius loci” of the place. The apartment lies in the neighborhood of Psiri, one of the oldest districts of Athens around the rock of Acropolis. It’s on a quiet street next to a pedestrian area, with small squares where people gather to eat or shop from artisans or collectors. Walking distance (3-4 minutes) by metro stations of lines Monastiraki (line 1 & 3) and Thissio (line 1). Monastiraki station has a direct connection to the airport and to the Piraeus Port too. Using metro or by car/taxi arrive at the Larisis Train Station to central and northern Greece. Parking using a low-cost card or at private parking to the next block by a daily fee (starting from 5€) Don’t hesitate to ask information about current cultural and social events around the city during your stay. Also I m a young mom and I can share with other moms many facilities for feeding, sleeping or creative play for newborns and kids.

Cozy modern 1 bedroom 1st floor apartment with own private entrance. Located 2 minutes walk away from "Neo Faliro" train station. Close to markets, hair-dress, bakery and coffee shops. Metropolitan Hospital , Karaiskakis stadium and peace and friendship stadium are near by the apartment. Easy transportation access to Piraeus port or El. Venizelos airport by train and bus.The apartment is in a very convenient location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

Diamond studio is a modern, newly renovated place of 28 sq.meters, fully equipped that promises you a comfortable and relaxing stay. It is perfect for families of 3 , couples, travellers on business. The cozy and small bathroom has everything you need. It is located in a quiet and safe area, although the citylife and night clubs are to your doorstep (supermarkets, pharmacies, cafes, restaurants,bars etc). The port of Piraeus is 10 mins walking distance and bus stations 3 minutes only.

In case you want to travel to the wonderful greek islands this is the ideal place for you, just 1 km from the port of Piraeus (only for GATE E1, for the other gates you will need a taxi , and it will take about 5-10 minutes) and also 1km from the bus station of the airport's express line X96. On the other hand it’s also convenient if you would like to discover Athens and visit archaeological sites.
