Stuga vid havet

Stor stuga med privat strand, pool (sommartid) och egen brygga. ca 15 minuter från centrala Luleå och 10 minuter från flygplatsen ligger Jaktviken, unikt läge med Luleå skärgård på gården. Gäststuga med plats för 3-4 sovande, perfekt för två sällskap. Här finns allt i direkt närhet, skoteråkning, bad, Luleå, naturen. Lika fint vintertid som sommar. Boendet består av en storstuga med 3 sovrum (ett för barn) samt gäststuga med dubbelsäng, loftsäng samt eget badrum, allrum och altan mot havet.

Lulea Guesthouse

WC, shower (sauna not for use) fridge/freezer, AC, near the nature. You sleep in a sofa bed for 2 persons in the livingroom. Not a real kitchen but you can make some food in a microwave oven (I can get you a 2 plate stove to use outside on the porch), coffee brewer, waterboiler. Good restaurant/pub 100 m, Lule river with beaches 200 m, Shopping area 2,7 km, Bus stop 1.9 km, Airport 8 km, Luleå city 7 km. Pickup from/to airport 200SEK/20€ each way if I am available (ask before)

Vår stuga ligger i skogskanten, direkt vid havet, i det lilla fritidhusområdet Hällskatan, söder om Jävre. Från stugan och den stora altanen har du en härlig utsikt över vattnet. Njut av lugnet på stranden direkt nedanför stugan, eller i bastun med en fantastisk utsikt och en kväll vid den mysiga eldstaden. Bokning för minst 3 nätter.
