Exceptional new holiday villa on Hvar Island

After 5 years of careful planning and construction, Nine Olives Hvar, my purpose-built holiday house was completed in June 2024. It offers exceptional design and views, with magnificent sunsets. Many guests have now enjoyed it. All have praised both the house and location. Nine Olives Hvar is a short stroll to a beautiful beach and swimming area, and to the lovely town of Stari Grad. Fährhafen, Strand, Restaurants, Cafés, Geschäfte und Marktstände, Kunst und Kultur nur 3 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Falls du nicht mit dem Auto reist, nimm den Katamaran von Split nach Jelsa. Von dem kleinen Hafen aus bist du in 5 Minuten zu Fuss am Appartement. (Ein weiteres Apartement für 2 Personen kann im gleichen Haus dazu gemietet werden.)

The Casa Barbiere Hvar was built in 2023, located in the old town core of Jelsa. The style of the house is luxurious, traditional, and Mediterranean. The house spans across two floors, with a large living room, kitchen, and toilette located on the ground floor. The first floor comprises of three rooms, each with its own bathroom and AC. The house has a beautiful garden adorned with a variety of flowers and plants, and a stunning pool that provides a perfect oasis for relaxation.

Seaside apartment with a lovely view

Comfy and a bright space with a two balconies with a beautiful view. One balcony is oriented to the city port and other one to the sea and island Brac. The apartment is placed in the quiet part of Jelsa, but really close to the city centre. Big sand beach is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. You can also swim literally in the front of the apartment, on the small dock. Market is 5 minutes walk, same as the main square.

This brand new mini-villa is located in the hills around Zanavlje Bay, 5 kilometers from the center of the pleasant harbor town of Vela Luka. Due to its location, almost on top of the hills, you have a breathtaking view of the bay and the island of Hvar.
