O’s Barn Cabin - Small Town Livin'!

O’s Barn Cabin offers a simple and unique way of relaxing in rustic fashion! Our pet friendly tiny home is 532 sq. ft of open space and country character. The location is out of the city, yet just a couple miles from all of the stores you need. The little cabin is nestled down our shared private and peaceful driveway, with views of cattle grazing in the pasture right off the front porch at the right time of year. Our big screen projector and fire pit are two amenities you'll be sure to enjoy!

Nanny’s Cottage

Conveniently close to Fairfield Glade Golf courses, and other activities. Nanny’s Cottage is 300sqft with 1 full bed room w/ queen bed, full bath, washer and dryer, and WiFi. It has big picturesque windows for lots of natural lighting, but also blackout blinds to darken the inside. The outside of the property boasts a beautiful pond and dock to have a relaxing place to sit and enjoy the sunshine and fresh air. To enjoy the outside on those chilly nights we have a fire pit with outdoor sitting.

Overlooking the beautiful Ozark mountains, enjoy the stunning sunrise, or take a ride on Buckhorn Trails with your side by side or four wheeler. A 25 minute drive to the University of Arkansas if calling the Hogs is more your style! We are a short drive to Lake Fort Smith state park here in Mountainburg for fishing or swimming in the pool. We have a beautiful deck, a comfortable bed, and grill for you to cook your favorite meals.

Dusty Boots Ranch is located on 8 acres. This entire home will suite all of your vacation needs. Parking is abundant-plenty of room for an RV, toys, and multiple vehicles. Two bedrooms, full bathroom, luxury linens, free washer and dryer and beautiful views. A fully equipped kitchen is available with all of the cooking essentials including a Keurig coffee maker w/coffee and hot cocoa.
