Relax with the whole family on 3 acres in this cozy space in Thompsonville. Bathroom professionally remodeled in December 2022. Just a short drive from Traverse City, Frankfort, beautiful beaches and Sleeping Bear Dunes. This is a prime location for many activities such as fishing, golfing, skiing, hiking etc. Located on a rural dirt road that dead ends into state land with ORV trails that are snowmobile trails in winter (trail 3). Horseshoe driveway makes it convenient for trailer access.

Have this updated, waterfront condo be your home away from home while visiting the Traverse City area! This condo sits on East Bay with unobstructed views of the water. In the summer, hang poolside between exploring Traverse City hot spots. This condo offers one bedroom with a King bed with an additional queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Full kitchen is perfect for making up any meal and enjoying it on the balcony overlooking the water. Long day of hiking? Soak in the complex hot tub.

Our Milk Chocolate suite is a large 1 bedroom apartment located above our gelato shop in Empire, Mi! From it's large breezy balcony, you can sip coffee and plan a Leelanau adventure. The apartment is decorated in a colorful mid-century modern style. The bedrooms and living room both have smart tvs. There's a full kitchen stocked with the essentials and we provide toiletries and beach towels/blanket/chairs. It's a great base camp to explore the area and just a few blocks from Empire beach!
