If you're looking for a Spanish getaway, with breathtaking sea views, a pool deck like no other, come to Villa Tita. Inside and out, Villa Tita is well equipped. Three double bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fabulous kitchen, and a living area with vistas over the Moorish castle and the Mediterranean. Located in the heart of Nerja, these beachfront villa are on the street Capitán Hernando de Carabeo. This is a traditional fisherman’s street that still feels like a typical Andalusian town. It’s only 5 minutes walking distance from the Balcon de Europa and the central town square. With magnificent views of the Mediterranean Sea from the gardens, there is access to the Carabeo Beach right next to the villa. The lounge area opens on to the garden with magnificent views of the Mediterranean Sea.

Villa las Terrazas is brand new! It’s blessed with 4 great terraces, heated xl-whirlpool, 3 bedrooms with 3 private bathrooms and a huge indoor terras (roofed terras) for a morning coffee. Theres a large -open- livingroom, seperate toilet downstairs, BBQ area and a private garage for 1 car. Out 15 mins walk to Pedregalejo beach. Restaurants and grocery store at 1 minute walking. The bus to the center of Malaga goes in front of the door and by taxi it's just a 10 minutes drive. Perfect villa!
