Very sunny and newly renovated penthouse right on the promenade with stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea and the pool. It has a spacious living room and 2 bedrooms with direct access to a large terrace where you can rest, sunbathe and lunch. The apartment is fully equipped (bed linen, towels, kitchenware...) with WIFI and AC. Located in the most touristic area. Due to the Spanish regulations we will need a photo ID or passport uploaded into the Airbnb platform before the check in day.

Disfruta de una bonita experiencia en este céntrico alojamiento con vistas al mar en el Paseo marítimo de Torrevieja, apartamento reformado que dispone de smart tv, internet, aire acondicionado en el salón y dormitorio principal, lavavajillas....rodeado de Restaurantes, comercios, bancos, parada de taxi.... Es necesario que envíe copia de su pasaporte o DNI a la plataforma de Airbnb, mínimo con un día de anterioridad de su entrada al apartamento (por la legislación española).

Obruten utsikt över havet, strandpromenaden och staden. 0 meter till strand, bad och centrum. Vi finns på 3:e våningen och det finns hiss. Rymlig balkong med full havsutsikt för att kunna njuta av havet och omgivningarna. Säsongsöppen pool. Direkt på strandpromenaden Playa Cura i centrala Torrevieja, Costa Blanca. Denna soliga, attraktiva 4-bädds lägenhet är helt nyrenoverad, hög svensk standard, dessutom fullt utrustad för en familj eller ett, två par på semester.

Lovely flat overlooking the beach

Our cosy 90m2 flat is located in Torrevieja (Alicante), on the beachfront. The flat is on the 9th floor, so you will have great views of the Playa del Cura, which is only 150m away! Supermarket at 200m, the port at 2,5km, city centre at 10 minutes by car. The accommodation is in a quiet area, but full of bars and restaurants. You can't ask for more! With capacity for up to 4 guests, here you will find everything you need to have an unbeatable stay.
