Our property is completely independent, with beautiful marble floors, 11 feet high doors, and original French windows. You can experience Havana style with the functional house design that will totally exceed your expectations.

Vedado Mal apartment cozy & stylish Wi-Fi

The apartment Vedado Mal is a fantastic small modern and really well prepared space located in one of the most central spots in Vedado. It will be complete rent only for the guests with WiFi (not included in the booking price). Close to hotels like Nacional enjoy a perfect sunset, Capri, Habana Libre and meters from malecon, this section of the city were most of the night activities take place. The category support for the Cuban people applied to this property for those coming from the USA

Our beautiful loft stands on the top floor of a Neo-Classical building at the heart of hip artistic Vedado, within steps of trendy restaurants, entertainment nightspots, Hotel Nacional, Malecón, and 5-min drive to Old Havana. Designed around a contemporary interpretation of colonial architecture, the 5m-high open space features mezzanine levels stretching from one side of the apt to the other, and large rooftop terraces with dining/lounging areas offering breathtaking views of Havana.

The house is located on a hill at Calle 29 No. 52 in the corner of Calle F. The apartment is on the roof terrace of this building. It was completed in November 2018 after a total renovation. It has an area of approx. 35 m2 and includes a bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchenette and a roof terrace of approx. 160 m2 with a unique 360 degree view over the roofs from Havana to the sea. By Cuban standards a very modern apartment.
