Private, gated, level-in guest suite nestled in a garden with a well equipped kitchen, bedroom, living/dining room, dedicated work space, free wifi, TV, and patio for dining, relaxing and working. Steps from historic Pt Richmond markets, cafes, galleries, and restaurants it's near local beaches and hiking trails as well as San Francisco, Berkeley, and Sonoma's wine country. A pleasant Bay breeze cools and comforts guests. We live on site with a separate entry and are glad to answer questions.

Fully furnished & welcoming studio features a well-appointed kitchen, laundry and spa inspired bathroom. The adjoining patio is the perfect venue for enjoying morning coffee or evening cocktails. The incredible 1 acre lot, intersected by the spring-fed Galindo Creek has plentiful on-site parking!

Our luxurious suite with kitchenette features a beautiful view towards the Bay and Golden Gate Bridges, designed especially for a romantic getaway or anyone needing a relaxing space. Soak and play in the two-person jetted tub, enjoy the gorgeous large bathroom. Easy street parking is always available, and garden lined exterior stairs take you to the private entry and patio. A laundry is provided for guest use only. Hikes into the canyon below or neighborhood above are a special treat.

Guest Suite with Garden in Historic Benicia

This guest suite is located in the scenic historic district of Benicia. You can stroll through the Historic Arsenal and the area offers incredible views of the Bay, bridges, and ships of the Benicia Port and Marina. Downtown is just a few blocks away. This suite is centrally located for enjoyment of the region - Napa, Walnut Creek, San Francisco, & Sacramento. Up to 2 dogs are allowed, but, sorry, no cats. The Suite is ideal for up to 2 adults and 1 child, but small for 3 adults.

Recently renovated unit sits on a sprawling 5 Acres, which feels like the country but also close to shopping and amazing restaurants.
