Includes beach cart, umbrella, 4 bikes, boogie boards, 2 person kayak, 2 paddle boards, 8ft surf board, & Level 2 EV charger.

Welcome! We are the owners/ builders of this house constructed in 2016 and live in the main house beside it. It has its own entrance and sits above the garage for great views of the creek, Intracoastal Waterway beyond, and sunrises each morning. The Cozy Cabin is close to Wrightsville Beach, downtown Wilmington, Airlie Gardens, nightlife, the airport, and parks. It is bright, spacious, and full of custom touches and amenities. For kayakers, a dock and access to the water are within steps.

This is a recently renovated rustic 1947 cottage with an outstanding view of and access to the Intracoastal Waterway. It is perfect for meditation or quiet time by the water's edge, or for fishing, art, reading, writing, kayaking or paddleboarding. It is close to Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach, Topsail Island and Hampstead where there is shopping, restaurants, outdoor and cultural activities and beautiful beaches. It's old, but it is full of charm!

Welcome to our home located right on the border of Carolina Beach and Kure Beach. We are less than a 10 min walk to the beach and a block from the greenway. This spacious, beautifully furnished and decorated 4-bedroom, 3-full bathroom duplex sleeps and hosts 10 comfortably, has awesome outdoor living areas with two porches, backyard deck, fenced in yard, and a private outdoor shower and comes ready to enjoy with all bedding, sheets and towels included.

Pick your adventure in this 1-of-a-kind cottage on the Masonboro Island Estuarine Reserve. Get your SUP or kayak ‘on’ and in just a 300m paddle (5 min) you can be lounging on one of the dozens of secluded tiny islands off our dock. Make the ~20 min paddle to experience the unspoilt beauty of Masonboro Island’s pristine, 9 mile white sand beach. Or chill on the dock and take in the jaw dropping views with a glass of wine.
