Πρόκειται για μονοκατοικία 71τ.μ.Με 2 υπνοδωμάτια και διπλά κρεβάτια ,επιπλέον διαθέτει πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, ένα ευρύχωρο σαλόνι όπου μπορεί να γίνει ο καναπές διπλό κρεβάτι. Απέχει από το κέντρο της πόλης 300μ. όπου κάποιος εύκολα βρίσκει εστιατόρια, μπαρ, σούπερ μάρκετ και φαρμακείο. Σε απόσταση 100μ. είναι το κοντινότερο φαρμακείο στα 240μ είναι το κέντρο υγείας καλύπτοντας εύκολα κάθε ανάγκη αν χρειαστεί.
