Your hot tub, set in the privacy of the rear garden & sunset from the adjacent walking path. Easy walk to Harbour, local shops/restaurants, Blues Train & beach. Studio Kelp is perfect for singles or couples. A great jumping off point to the best of the Bellarine. Walk to the dog beach or along the Point Lonsdale foreshore to cafes and shops or catch a wave at Lonnie Back Beach. Completely private, self-contained, and pet-friendly. EV charging available.

"The Lake House"...a place of relaxation

The Lake House" is on Blue Waters Lake. The unit is on the bottom level of the house with fabulous views and direct access to the lake and walking track. Infants and children are not offered accommodation due to the proximity to the lake. It consists of a modern, spacious living room with kitchenette, bedroom and ensuite. There is a beautiful garden with an outlook over the lake and an alfresco with a BBQ for guests to use. Kerrie lives upstairs. Sorry, no early check ins.☺️

Within 1km of the beach and walking distance to the beach cafe (Dawn) and the Ocean Grove Hotel. This relaxing and well equiped house will have you at ease from arrival and is perfect for both couples or families. Previous guests have enjoyed being away from the rush of the town, and loved the green garden and quietness of the area whilst being only a few minutes drive from the nearest shopping hub. We have solar power and CANNOT charge EVs. So please do not book, thanks!
