Hummingbird Oceanside Suites: The Modern Cabin

Our "gite" is a self-contained 2 bedroom cottage in the most beautiful part of Salt Spring, the south eastern tip, near Ruckle Park. From our cottage, you can walk to this historic working farm and park, explore its forested trails, and then head to the many beach areas a short distance away. Visit farm stands and take the Studio Tour. Take a dip in one of many lakes. Climb Maxwell Mountain or stroll through the Saturday Market and other unique shops. Salt Spring is a true one of a kind.

Rain Lily Cottage on Galiano Island

Rain Lily Cottage is rustic getaway on beautiful Galiano island located just a few minutes walk from the Sturdies Bay ferry terminal - no need to bring your vehicle. A retreat from the busy life, your cottage by the forest is just a short walk to local beaches, and close to the amenities that Galiano has to offer. It has sleeping room for 4, features one bedroom, kitchen, full bathroom, sofa bed in the living area and a covered back deck for enjoying the outdoors, rain or shine.

Galiano Island Eagles Nest Retreat Cabin - Private

The cabin is self-contained and private. It’s located in the forest with short distance from ocean view. If you wish to use the fire place ***bring your own firewood or it can be purchased at the Corner Store or Garage on the island. If power outages we will be there to bring you firewood. We are surrounded by the ocean with endless trails. Walk to the beach,Top of the World (15 minutes) or go for a hike on Mount Galiano. Perfect setting to reflect.

Have a dream oceanfront getaway at beautiful Lummi Bay! A cute two-bedroom cabin is fully equipped for your vacation. Tastefully renovated with new furniture and kitchen equipment. Relax on the beach as you watch the early golden sunrise. Take the canoe out for a paddle in the waters of Lummi Bay. Grab a bundle of firewood at the local convenience store. We are minutes away from the ocean, and centrally located so that you can easily reach the many activities and attractions Pender Island has to offer.

The cottage is approximately 2km from Beaver Pt Hall, 5km from Ruckle Provincial Park, 10 minutes to Fulford Harbour, and 20 minutes to Ganges. We are within walking distance to several beach accesses, Canada Conservancy forest, and a beautiful First Nations Reserve. The beaches are launch points for nearby Russell and Portland Islands in the Gulf Island National Marine Parks.
