Are you looking for a stylish apartment with a view in a top location? Rent our lovingly individually designed loft (72m², 2,5 rooms) in a newly renovated old building with elevator. The loft is flooded with light and has a very cozy charm. Special features are the unobstructed view over Vienna, a spacious living-dining area, separate bedroom, walk-in closet and a 7m² balcony in the inner courtyard. The barrier-free apartment near Westbahnhof is very well connected to public transport: U3 / U6.

Vienna-Hights-Studio with Stunning Views of Vienna

Vienna-Heights is a studio directly under the roof of a 19th century villa in one of the most elegant districts of Vienna. Our house was built in 1897 and therefore there is NO ELEVATOR. It is situated on the 3rd floor. You will be rewarded for the climb with a marvellous view on the city from terrace and room. Big comfortable double-bed, convertible sofa for one or two more guests. Aircondition! Self-check-in Bus station only two minutes walk,, to the center it takes about 15 minutes.

Big penthouse #12 with terrasse and view

Loft with 115m² und 30m² Terrasse near on of the biggest shopping-areas of Vienna, the Mariahhilfer Strasse, 2 min. from Underground Station of U3 and near the railway Station Westbahnhof. You will love the Penthouse because of the nice view over the roofs of Vienna and the spacious flat and luxury furnituire. This loft is good for Groups and Family (with children), but also couples. We welcome everyone from ervery, be only nice and not to noisy.

Cosy central city loft. Balkony. Air Condition

The charming loft with balcony is in the center of Vienna, in a quiet area not far away from the Votive church and only 15 minutes walking from the cathedral of St. Stephen. To bus/tram and city bike station only 2 min walking, next metro station 5 min. You can use Netflix with your own account. The 50 m2 non-smoking loft is in an historical style house on the last floor. There is an elevator.

Design Loft in Streetart House

This Design Loft is part of Burggasse 98, a young arthouse in the most creative district Neubau. The 25m2 Loft is perfect for 2 people and is equipped with everything you need for a short term stay. The Loft was built for "Artists in Residence" who stay at our house during their exhibitions in our gallery. The house also inherits a graffiti store, a film cutting studio and a piercing studio.
