In a secluded rural setting, our home and garden is within reach of Loch Lomond, the Trossachs, West Coast, Glasgow, Stirling, Edinburgh. Cosy pubs and restaurants, wonderful walking, castles, whisky distilleries, quaint villages... Come back to a real log fire and enjoy the big traditional farmhouse kitchen. Altquhur Cottage is in a beautiful location with stunning views over the Campsie Fells, 10 minutes by car to the Bonnie Banks of Loch Lomond. The cottage is set on a farm with horses, cows and sheep in the surrounding fields and hens roaming around outside the garden. The cottage has a spacious dining kitchen, cosy living room with wood burning stove and comfortable sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom and utility room. There is a fully enclosed garden with outdoor furniture.

Bright one bedroom ground floor flat in the heart of Balloch. 5 minutes walk to Loch Lomond. Take a trip on one of the cruises and see the loch at its best. Or why not take a train to Glasgow, its a short 5 minute walk to Balloch station. Everything else is even closer, great pubs, shops and restaurants. Balloch park is across the road from the flat. Get up early and spot a deer.
