This really is a quiet oasis in the heart of Ponsonby. I love that it is so quiet yet so close to everything this cool suburb has to offer. You are a 150m walk to Three Lamps (Ponsonby Rd & Jervois Rd junction). So an easy walk to all the cafes, restaurants, public transport, bars & boutiques. The space itself is flooded with sun & light (Northeast facing) with ample indoor & outdoor living to chill after exploring the area. You will love it. *Note 2nd bed (king single) is in the living area.*

Enjoy a resort style stay in this centrally located property. Newly built and styled, this studio is separate from the main house and comes with the use of ultra deep salt water pool (not heated). Featuring a king sized bed with Citta bedding, Country Road bath towels, drinks fridge, tea and coffee plunger. Situated in the lively Ponsonby area, it is a five minute walk to Ponsonby Road restaurants and a 30 min walk to Queen street. The bus to Britomart is a six minute walk away.

A tiny house nestled within a quiet, lush Balinese-inspired sub-tropical urban jungle. Conveniently located within Ponsonby and Herne Bay - cafes, restaurants, and bars are just a 5-minute stroll away. Your host live next door in the main house. Kia ora! We would love to host you in our separate studio where you can relax in private. It includes a modern bathroom with shower, as well as a living area with a sofa/single bed. (Available for use as an extra bed on request for a $40 fee). It is set in our native NZ garden and is bright and fresh. We live in a great area with many cafes, shops, restaurants and bars nearby.
