I have eliminated my cleaning fee for 1-2 night stays because I understand the frustration of so many fees, and short stays tend to need less cleaning time. It is short walk to the Oregon Convention Center, Moda Center, Emanuel Hospital, and more. Near the Max, buses, and street car. Centrally located, you'll also be a walk/short drive to Williams Ave, Mississippi Ave, NE Alberta St., and downtown Portland. PDX Airport is a 20 minute drive. There is street parking available.
