No neighbor's windows looking into apartment, or outdoor patio space. NOT FOR LOUD PEOPLE/ GROUPS: Only mature, respectful guests to stay in my home.

Our cozy-comfy 4 season yurt is nestled under majestic trees on a beautifully landscaped 1/3 acre. Located in a quiet, safe SW Portland neighborhood with a park, hike/bike trail a block away. We are 6 miles from downtown, with beaches, gorge and Mt. Hood accessible for day outings. There is a full kitchen, a natural gas fireplace and complete electrical and plumbing service. The guests full bathroom is located in the home's utility room a short lighted pathway walk from the yurt.

The Monta-Villa Garden Cottage — cats + chickens

Your cottage is private with views of the garden. It’s a unique tiny home that feels big with high ceilings, lots of natural light & warm accents. You have everything to cook most meals. There are plenty of local food, drink & shopping options nearby. Walk the neighborhood, see city highlights, visit parks, hike to falls, feed chickens, pick seasonal fruits & veggies, or just sit in the garden or covered patio with a book & a cat. This is your home away from home.

This is an open 850 sq ft. studio w/ a queen bed, living space with a modern smart TV & gas fireplace, bar/kitchenette, private entrance & bathroom. The space is intended for solo travelers only. I live in the Richmond neighborhood & am located 1 block from 37th & Division Street, which is surrounded by great restaurants & shops. My home is a 1910 Bungalow & I’ve owned it for 24 years.
