Stunning Lake front home with some of the best views in all of Coeur D'Alene!! Three separate living areas and over 200 feet of private lake front and a private dock! The house is over 4000 sqft and there is a Gazebo over looking the water which has a full cooking area and seating for 20+. The house has been featured in numerous magazines for its unique architecture and amazing location on the lake. The living room and main living areas have 16 foot glass windows so the views are spectacular!!

Lake, Hot Tub, Golf Retreat

Play, rest, & relax at our home. Tucked on a quiet street in Hayden Lake, ID, only 0.6 mi / 10 min walk to Honeysuckle Beach at Hayden Lake & 1 mi to Avondale Lake. Bring a kayak, fishing pole, & beach gear (available at the property). Soak in the 9 person hot tub after a round of golf at Avondale golf course (1 mi). Enjoy BBQ on the patio and S'mores on the firepit. Many restaurants in downtown Hayden (2 mi). Other nearby attractions: Silverwood Theme Park, Farragut State Park, Lake CDA.

Monkey House

Accessed by boat only (yours or ours), a pretty little sleeping cabin of reclaimed large timbers with outdoor kitchen, solar power, gas heat, and potable water. 9 acre property offers seclusion, exploration, mossy little treasure spots, and beautiful views including truly amazing sunsets. Large dock creates a pebble-bottomed swimming lagoon, canoes and kayaks are on site, plenty of hammocks available. Hiking and recreation nearby. Boat ramps and marinas are minutes away. Great for kayakers!!

Silver Lake Waterfront Cabin

Pristine waterfront cabin. Best view of the lake. Deep enough to swim, paddle board, fish. 50ft of private beach w/use of 175 ft total beach. Paddleboards available during summer. Come enjoy our 1 acre of paradise w/us. Access to hiking & biking trails. Best fishing holes right in front of the cabin. Your own private parking. Bedroom loft accessible by cute spiral stair case. Take it easy at this tranquil lakefront cabin, bungalow, tiny house on pristine Spirit Lake… Watch otters play on the beach, or ospreys and bald eagles diving for fish. Patios and views, lakeside bon fires, fishing and boats you can borrow. Across the water from the lakefront restaurant, you can paddle our boats or bring your own boat and park it at our dock. Centrally located to Mt Schweitzer, Lakes Pend Oreille, Coeur D’Alene and the Silverwood theme park.
