Newly built guesthouse above owner's garage with insane sunrises & great view. Property is located on 36 acres, owner lives on site in a separate house with her 3 dogs, 1 exceptionally lazy cat and 4 rogue chickens (they may all come visit you!). Grounds have ancient apple trees, loads of perennial gardens with more in progress, berries and an organic vegetable garden that we would love to share from if desired. Only a 15-minute walk to historic downtown Bath, a 3-minute drive to Thorne Head Preserve, and a 25-minute drive to Reid State Park and Popham Beach. Come appreciate everything MidCoast Maine has to offer!

Enjoy the clear, starry nights while relaxing in the hot tub or cozying up by the fire. Centrally located between coast and mountains. Head a hour north to take the family hiking or on the slopes to enjoy the mountains. Head 40 minutes south to take in the coast and see the iconic Maine lighthouse.

Wren Cabin + Wood fired Sauna

We built the Wren Cabin to be a serene space filled with light and art and with lots of cozy details. Lofted ceilings, a spiral staircase and large open concept with lofted bedroom. The cabin also has a gorgeous wood-fired sauna for those colder days. Wren cabin has a large wraparound deck for relaxing and an outdoor fire pit, as well as shared access to Adams Pond. The space is modern Scandinavian, light and aery, and filled with thoughtful details.

Suite at Maine Mystic Gardens

This cozy, country space with garden views is an 800 square foot suite with two bedrooms (11 x 15’ and 8 x 10’), one full bathroom, a living room with flat screen cable TV and a fully stocked kitchen, ready to be utilized. There is a separate entrance to the facility and parking for multiple cars (one spot under the deck). Outside, there is a large deck with a table and grill for outdoor seating and grilling.
