Tavira Apt with an Ocean View

Once our family's vacation house, this 3rd-floor apartment is located halfway between the town of Tavira and the small fishing village of Cabanas. The balcony provides a beautiful 180º view over the Ria Formosa Natural Park and the Atlantic Ocean. Close to a wide offer of small villages, sandy beaches, golf courses, and restaurants, it is only a 3-4 min drive away from Tavira's town center with its Roman bridge, river, and fish/farmers' market. 2 min drive to the closest supermarkets.

Bienvenidos a la "Casa del Gorrión". Alojamiento ideal para parejas, aventureros, y familias. Ideal para el descanso, pero también para el ocio. Muy bien ubicada respecto a la playa, la montaña, y la frontera con Portugal. Anchas playas que dan al Océano, respaldadas por bosques de Pinos; variada gastronomía que despierta el paladar; espectaculares puestas de Sol. Por el pueblo pasa una antigua ruta de ferrocarril, hoy convertida en ruta verde, con zonas de avistamiento de fauna.

Composto por 4 quartos, 4 casas de banho completas, (duas en-suite), sala de jogos, sala de estar, sala de jantar, cozinha equipada. Wi-Fi, TV cabo. Piscina com espreguiçadeiras, esplanada com mesa e cadeiras, barbecue. O meu espaço fica perto do centro da marina e da cidade. Vai adorar o meu espaço por causa das facilidades e proximidade da marina. O meu espaço é bom para casais, famílias (com crianças) ... NÃO aceitamos reservas de grupos de jovens com idade inferior a 28 ANOS.

Omheinde tuin met groot zwembad, kinderzwembad, private parking, speeltuin, tennis- en paddelterreinen. Appartement met zicht op zwembad en speeltuin, voorzien van volledig uitgeruste keuken (keramische kookplaat, oven, microgolf, frigo, diepvriezer, vaatwas, ...). Gelegen op 5 min. van de golf, de jachthaven en Portugal. Nabij Faro, Huelva en Sevilla. Bij verhuring in de maanden december, januari en februari zijn water en electriciteit niet inbegrepen in de maandprijs.

Spacious 1 bedroom with pool and patio

Very central and conveniently located, with supermarket,cafes, and restaurants right downstairs. The property is a 10 minute walk to the closest beach and and 5 minutes walk to nightlife. The old town of Albufeira is also only about a 15 minute walk. Beautiful pool within apartment complex. Large balcony to enjoy a drink in the evening and breakfast in the morning. Kitchen and bathroom are both newly renovated.
