Suitable for entertaining indoors and out. Parking: 2 driveway spaces on alley. Can host 4/5 easily, but up to 6 is possible.

You have access to a kayak launch and bikes, and can hike the neighborhood nature preserve which takes you to a scenic vista on the CT river.
