Beautiful old house of the XVIII century with garden, faithfully restored, located in a beautiful and quiet village, comfortable to nature hikes on Lake Garda, just 10 minutes by car, and cultural trips in the nearby cities such as, Verona 29 km, Mantua 38 km , Trento at 72 km, Bolzano at 120 km, Venice at 140 km, Milan at 153 km. The house is located in a convenient position to reach the Verona Fair. A bicycle storage is also available. From 1 November to 31 May heating costs are not included.

The beach, the lake and the restaurants are a walking distance (about 350 m). On the ground floor you find kitchen, living-room, two comfy bedrooms, one bathroom and the garden. On the first floor there are another living-room with an equipped terrace, other two cosy bedrooms, one bathroom and an half-bathroom and an extra kitchen. Free wifi.
