Ezen a frissen felújított szálláshelyen nagyszerűen fogod érezni magad. Alkalmas családi rendezvények és baráti összejövetelek helyszínére. Csupán pár percre Citta della Pieve a hangulatos városától, mégis a természet ölében. Az 5 hektáros birtokon 400 olajfa, több generációs fenyőfák, virágok és mindenféle gyümölcsfa található. Emellett öt csirkénk is van, akik minden nap friss tojást biztosítanak. Az ablakból és a teraszokról a toszkán dombokat csodálhatják a vendégek. Igazán olasz életérzés.

L'Aurora sul Lago - Lake views Tuscany and Umbria

Relax and enjoy this calm, stylish space designed for a couple with spectacular views from the spacious roof patio allowing breathtaking sunrises ("Aurora") over panoramic Lake Chiusi but cozy sunsets too. Nestled on the border between Tuscany and Umbria it has been recently renovated with a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning/heat pump, and spacious bathroom with walk-in shower. Good WIFI. Patio equipment includes a table and 4 chairs (for guests!) and deck chairs plus an electric BBQ.

La Terrazza - A cool oasis

La Terrazza offers privacy and space with a huge panoramic terrace. Our most historic apartment dating to 840 A.D. with meter-thick stone walls that offer a cool oasis in summer. Originally part of the defensive wall of the village, with barrel vault ceilings, arrow slit windows and original glass oven from 1292. Very spacious and private with two large king bedrooms, ensuite baths and walk-in showers. Modern fully equipped kitchen, large living room has sofa bed, easy chairs. Walk to village.

Casa immersa nel verde delle colline tra Umbria e Toscana, luogo tranquillo, ideale per una pausa tra passeggiate campestri e natura. Siamo davanti al lago di Montepulciano, con sfondo sulla Valdichiana. Luogo centrale per visitare il cuore verde d'Italia. Qui è possibile rilassarsi tra il silenzio e i tempi dettati dalla natura. Ideale anche per cicloturisti. L'appartamento appena ristrutturato è totalmente riservato agli ospiti che possono usufruire anche della zona verde loro dedicata.

Si trova in zona residenziale molto tranquilla, a due passi dal lungolago di Passignano e dai principali servizi. In casa troverai ogni comfort possibile, abbiamo pensato anche agli ospiti più piccoli e agli amici a quattro zampe. Ci sono tre comode camere da letto e nel soggiorno un divano letto per due persone. Cucina super accessoriata!
