Alpine Lodge

Alpine Lodge is a large comfortable chalet style property perfect for family holidays. It has a wide sunny deck overlooking a large lawn area ideal for active children. Accommodation comprises 2 queen bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms over 3 levels. There are 2 bathrooms, 1 with a shower, the other with a bath. Each have toilets and hand basins. Downstairs is a modern well equipped kitchen, lounge area with a massive log burner, deck with large BBQ and plenty of easy off road parking for the boat.

This is a fantastic newly built 3 bedroom home with large open plan living on a fully fenced section with established garden. Wonderfully warm in the winter, the indoor-outdoor flow means it is cool in summer with a great wrap-around-patio that looks out to an uninterrupted view of the mountains. There is a large amount of off street parking space that will fit the boat with ease and even a outdoor fish filleting table to process the days catch.

Fully self contained, it suits a range of requirements from a single person staying overnight, to a family wanting a longer stay. Caroline Bay is home to a local small 'Little Blue Penguin' colony.
