Novo renovirani apartman od 37 metara kvadratnih namijenjen za 2 osobe s dostupnim privatnim parkiralištem, terasom i balkonom. Na raspolaganju je potpuno opremljena kuhinja, dvije kupaonice i spavaća soba te sjedeći dio s TV-om. Ima klima uređaj i podno grijanje. Apartman je opremljen novim i modernim namještajem za kućanstvo i lijepo je dizajniran.

From the very beginning, it was clear that this would be a family business that would be transferred to their daughters, but later also to their grandchildren. Since the owners are very fond of tradition and family in such an environment, we host our guests. Our apartment is perfect for a family trip or a romantic getaway.

Our six apartment holiday house, together with the accompanying facilities such as a swimming pool, bowling, children's playground and a sauna offers everything you need for a relaxed and pleasant holiday. We are located at the very South of Punat with the beach being at the tip of your toes (30 m away)! Our friendly host Dino will always be at your disposal for advice and any questions you have.

Ovaj apartman nalazi se 2 minute hoda od plaže i starog grada. Pruža jedan od najljepših pogleda na stari grad. Ima besplatan parking. Opremljen je s TV-om ravnog ekrana ,klimom te besplatnim WIFI. Kuhinja sadrži perilicu suda, kuhalo za kavu i toplu vodu, mikrovalnu, pećnicu. Apartman ima galeriju na kojoj se nalazi spavaća soba koja posjeduje krevet i kutak za odmor.

Nice apartment (studio ***) close to the sea (100m) and center of Punat, with shops and restaurants. You have parking space, terrace, small kitchen, bathroom and big room with one double bed, radio and TV . Turist information office is 50 m from the house. Notice: shower cabin is 60 cm wide.
