Quaint vintage apartment in "Midtown Durango" ideally located 5 blocks from downtown dining and shopping and 2 blocks from the Animas River Trail. 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment is dog/kid friendly. Bedroom has a new memory foam queen bed, along with a queen-size sofa bed in living area, smart TV, high speed internet, galley kitchen with gas stove/oven, bathroom with classic deep claw-foot tub. Screened in porch off of the kitchen leads to a grassy courtyard. New Carrier mini split AC/Heat.

I can book one reservation within in a 30 day cycle. If you request shorter stay (and please feel free to request) a 2/3 day minimum is required. The requirement on my side is that I don’t book guests the rest of month. Message for request of dates. A sunny fully furnished two bedroom ( 2 QUEENS, not doubles as listed) with a private entrance is the perfect base for all your Durango activities! Great views, steps away from Main Street. Riverhouse Sunshine Cottage

Sunshine Cottage is close to Downtown (about 2.2 miles) with lots of family-friendly activities. The Animas River / Oxbow Nature Preserve across the street, nightlife, public transport, the airport. This is a completely private cottage with a full kitchen, three bedrooms, (one main level, two downstairs) queen bed in Master, one king and two twins downstairs, and a queen pull out sofa in living room. The living room has direct TV. TheTV in Master bedroom is for streaming only.

Located overlooking the beautiful Animas River and only six miles from downtown Durango, Juniper House offers both the solitude of a mountain getaway and the convenience of in town lodging. Our guesthouse can accommodate up to four guests and is the perfect lodging for families with a kitchen, on-site laundry and 1.5 bath. Welcome to our STUDIO at the Ski and Golf Resort of Tamarron at Glacier Club in Durango. Heated indoor and outdoor pools with fire pit. Resort Fee of $29 PER night will be requested 1 week before your stay. It is not optional. ONE ROOM STUDIO with private bathroom. Sleeping: one queen Murphy bed, full sofabed sleeper and a single fold out mattress. 5 guests max including infants. 21+ to reserve We have a family allergy so we cannot accept animals. Nice people only 😊.
