The Garden Home with a Private Hot Tub

The Garden Home is less than 4miles north of downtown, with a park like setting on an acre of land. The home features AC, deck, HOT TUB, BBQ grill, and fire pit, all for personal use. The main bedroom and bathroom are on the first floor and a spiral staircase leads to 2 additional bedrooms and a bathroom on the second floor. It's the perfect home for any season, come enjoy the garden beds in the summer or snuggle up by the fireplace in the winter. Bonus is that it's only 20min to Purgatory!

I can book one reservation within in a 30 day cycle. If you request shorter stay (and please feel free to request) a 2/3 day minimum is required. The requirement on my side is that I don’t book guests the rest of month. Message for request of dates. A sunny fully furnished two bedroom ( 2 QUEENS, not doubles as listed) with a private entrance is the perfect base for all your Durango activities! Great views, steps away from Main Street. This adorable studio is located on 5 acres of riverfront property. River access is available for paddle boarding the Animas River. You have the spaciousness of being in the country but are less than 5 minutes from the best pizza in town. The Animas City River Trail bike path is directly accessible from the property. You will be able to access through a locked gate and all of downtown is a fun 10-minute bike ride away. Traveling with another couple? Ck out "Get-away by the River"

Resort Fee of $29 PER night will be requested 1 week before your stay. It is not optional. ONE ROOM STUDIO with private bathroom. Sleeping: one queen Murphy bed, full sofabed sleeper and a single fold out mattress. 5 guests max including infants. 21+ to reserve We have a family allergy so we cannot accept animals. Nice people only 😊.
