Leyden's Cottage

Period mud brick cottage originally built sometime before or around 1900 with family history stretching back five generations and the gold rush. It is set on a property of nearly 30 acres with abundant wildlife and scenery. It is located approximately 5-6 kms from the township of Avoca Victoria and it is within walking distance of a couple of local wineries and the Percydale historic area. It is isolated from any close neighbours and you do not have to share facilities with any other guests.

Calando Hill B&B and Holiday Home

Set in the heart of the Pyrenees Wine Region, the home is perfect for groups from 2 to 12 guests that want to escape the world or feel a world away. Even with 20+ wineries within 30 minutes of the farm, you will be so comfortable that you may not want to leave. Welcome to our farm stay, where the hustle and bustle of city life fades away, and the simple pleasures of rural living come to life. Nestled in the heart of nature, our peaceful cabin offers a unique escape on a 550 regenerative farm. No chemicals. You can gather our free-range eggs and give the horses and ponies a carrot. Deb is usually available to show you around and show you the different animals. Sorry we don’t allow horse riding due to insurance costs.

65 acre rural property with stunning mountain views and an entire house to relax in! 4 spacious bedrooms. The two main bedrooms have electric blankets and all have reading lights. 2 toilets, one inside and one outside. The living room is very spacious with a large modular lounge suite. RC aircon, wood heater. Fully stocked kitchen, coffee maker( includes pods), dishwasher, Washing machine ( detergent supplied). Maryborough is 15 mins away.

Our country home is set on an elevated 7 acres allowing amazing sunset views across to Mt Cole from the wrap around veranda. The house has been recently renovated and has all the facilities that will allow you to come away and rest and rejuvenate in the peace and quiet. Ample parking for 6 cars, an outdoor fire pit plus a wood fire for your enjoyment.
