Black Creek Koi Pond Gardens

We are open for the 2024 season, and meet all recent changes in the local laws regarding Airbnb. The cottage is one large room with a queen-size bed, a sofa, TV, frig, microwave, coffee maker, & outside BBQ. with a private bathroom. We are set in 1-1/2 acres of ​landscaped gardens & a 55,000-gallon Koi pond.​ We are 30 min. from Campbell River, Courtenay, & Mt.Washington. The Oyster River is just across the street & Saratoga Beach is nearby. There are many biking trails in our area too.

Watch the birds & boats from our seaside cottage across from the ocean. The cottage is attached to the main house but has a private entrance in the front & back. There is a queen bed in the bedroom & a foldout couch bed in the living room. Five minutes walk to the pub or the local coffee shop with fresh roasted coffee. Only 5 min. to Cumberland and Courtenay . The Kingfisher resort is 5 minutes away with it's spa & fine dining. Only 20 minutes to the airport.
