The entire unit was completely renovated in Jan 2023, this is a great quiet space to stay for graduations on base, business travelers, etc. with just minutes to walk to the Potomac river waterfront one street over from restaurants in the Town of Quantico. Virginia highway to town goes through military base you need “REAL ID” equivalent and need to get a visitor pass for entry.

The freshly renovated gourmet kitchen is outfitted with quartz countertop, stainless steel appliances, microwave, coffee maker and more. This house is less than 5 min from the Quantico Marine Corps main gate, Marine Corps Musem and less than 10 min from I-95.

The Farmhouse in Historic Occoquan Close to D.C.

This private home is spacious, bright, open, and welcoming. The second floor has 2 master suite bedrooms. One bedroom with a king bed, jacuzzi tub and shower plus a queen bed with a tub. The living room has convertible sofas and air mattresses. The home sleeps up to 10 and has lots of storage. Perfect for families and groups, but no parties please! We have a strict NO pets rule because one of the owners has life threatening allergies.
