This place is located next to the Nobel Square in Malmö, with close distance to Möllevångstorget & Folkets Park. In 10 minutes you will get to central station with the expressbus no 5 that travles every 6 min. Inom promenadavtsånd finns Möllans marknadsplats för frukt och grönsaker, ett flertal matbutiker samt restauranger, parker, lekplatser samt buss och tåg. Möllevången är ett attraktivt område med stort utbud av restauranger, caféer och butiker. Populära Folkets park erbjuder nöjen, trevliga promenadstråk och lekpark för barn året om. Goda kommunikationer via Triangeln och Södervärn är det enkelt att nå Malmö City, närliggande orter och Köpenhamn! Här erbjuds en generös takhöjd, vackra äldre detaljer, stora fönster och härligt ljusinsläpp. I köket finns en mindre matplats, spis, ugn, kyl/frys och fläkt. På få kvadratmeter har vi skapat ett smart och modernt compact living där vi tagit vara på varje kvadratmeter. Här finns möjlighet att ta promenader i lantlig miljö eller bara ta det lugnt på den privata uteplatsen (40 m2) med egen bubbelpool. Boendet - Hyllie station (där Emporia köpcentrum ligger) tar det 12 minuter med buss. Hyllie station - Köpenhamn centrum tar det 28 min med tåg.

Nice, comfortable two-room apartment near the city center within walking distance to Triangeln station and the trendy areas of Möllevången, Folkets Park and S:t Knuts torg where you will find cafés and restaurants. The apartment has a separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a living room with a separate dinning area, a bathroom/shower room and a fully equipped kitchen. There are excellent bus connections, supermarkets and foodplaces just around the corner of the apartment.

Idyllic house outside Lund/Malmö

This cozy cottage dating from the 19th century is idyllically situated next to a small pond in the countryside, close to hiking and bike trails. Malmö is 30km away, Lund 25km. The house hosts 6 guests comfortably in 2 bed rooms, and has got all facilities like dishwasher, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, TV, wifi (fiber) and a large garden with a grill for barbecue. Guests bring bedlinen (sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases) and towels. Guests clean at checkout.

Lovely and newly built modern apartment with all the facilities you need. Located in a peaceful area close to supermarkets, parks and beautiful nature. At same time close to the heart of Malmö. Highway is 5 min away and free parking in front of the house is available. There is one queen-size bed for two persons and on the second floor there is two single beds. Longer terms staying guests will have access to laundry room.
