Comfortable apartment near port 2

Very confortable residence for vacations also for people who want to travel to the islands or stay a nigth on return.Only 15 min from the airport, the bus stop 3min from the apartement, full equiped can host 8 people.2 bed rooms and a living room with a sofa bed and a double bed. From the balcony you can see the boats coming and going to the islands, Andros,Tinos, Myconos, Syros, Paros, Naxos, Santorini , Karystos .A bus every 30 min can take you to Athens and from there to every part of Greece.

dear dear guests :)‼️‼️‼️ the house is fully renovated. new windows, bed+a futon matresss. pictures are to be uploaded soon :) Greece is known for being really hot in the summer. Please keep in mind that this apartment has this very beautiful view, as it is located on one of the highest points of the city :)This sometimes makes it very hot during the day. We do provide AC, + since it is restored it has high end windows but still if you are sensitive to heat please consider your choice again :)

RoofTop Beach small studio 10΄from Athens Airport

The small studio is located on the 3rd floor, in front the beach, in the center of Artemida ideal for holiday, very close to Athens city (aprox. 23km), next to Athens International Airport(4km) and Rafina port (5km) where you can travel to Cyclades islands (Andros,Naxos, Paros, Evia, Myconos). Further (42k) is Lavrio and its port to other islands (tzia, kythnos etc) and the temple of Poseidon at cape Sounio (24 km). Ιn 8km is the Attica Zoological Park and the Glen Mc Arthur shopping center.

The apartment is located directly above the port of Rafina offering a stunning view of the port & the opposite island of Euboea! From the port there is ferry connection to many islands such as Euboea, Mykonos, Tinos, Santorini, Andros etc. The airport is 11 km away (transfer is possible by arrangement) & there is a bus line connection and taxi station only 150 meters away from the apartment. Also just steps away there are many restaurants, cafeterias and super markets.

Ένα άνετο διαμέρισμα στο κέντρο της Ραφήνας, με ιδιωτικό parking. 200 μέτρα από το λιμάνι, με κοντινή πρόσβαση σε όλες τις συγκοινωνίες(Αστικά λεωφορεία, ταξί, λεωφορείο προς και από το αεροδρόμιο.) Επίσης υπάρχουν όμορφες παραλίες στην περιοχή, που ο επισκέπτης μπορεί να πάει με τα πόδια. Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά στην αγορά της Ραφήνας όπου μπορεί κανείς να βρεί ότι χρειάζεται.
