This is the perfect spot for anyone looking for the comforts and conveniences of a home away from home. A mile away, you'll find Deep Eddy Pool (spring fed and open year round), Lion's Municipal Golf Course (18 holes in the heart of Austin), and Lake Austin's waterfront dining. There is access to public transportation (bus) within walking distance (less than a mile). The walk is doable but not incredibly pedestrian friendly. Fully Remodeled Townhouse in Point Venture Community, Lago Vista, TX. The townhouse is 3 stories: lower level has 1 bedroom, 1 bath, outside deck, and a laundry room; middle level has upper deck, living area, dining room, kitchen, 2nd bedroom and 2nd bathroom; upper level is a loft. We provide ice chest, beach towels and life jackets. A propane grill will be available for use on top deck. *Water Levels fluctuate everyday and our cove may dry out depending on amount of rain we have had*

Our house comfortably fits a family with 3 kids or a group of friends. You are also welcome to bring your pets. It's very centrally located - minutes from the lake, biking distance to downtown, lots of restaurants and cafes nearby.
