Our home was completely gutted in 2016, and then completely rebuilt in 2017 with the perfect blend of Craftsman heritage and modern conveniences. You will be welcomed and comforted in the home with a brand-new chef's kitchen, a "TapHaus" with two local craft beers on tap; and modern heating, electrical and plumbing.

Longfellow 2-Story

Wonderful open concept 2-story in the heart of Longfellow. This is my personal home and is available while I’m traveling. You'll love preparing food at "South Minneapolis' largest kitchen island". Bdrm 1 has a king size bed, 400 sq ft. upper deck sun patio and en suite bathroom with laundry. Bdrm 2 has a comfortable queen couch pull-out and standing office desk. The 400 sq ft main floor 3-season porch is where I spend most of my time.

Little House by Lake Phalen

Stay in your own private home which was recently remodeled and is located one block from Lake Phalen. The home has a full kitchen which is fully stocked. Breakfast and light snacks are included with your stay. The cushioned chairs and the loveseat have covers which are washed between each guest. The large patio located between the homes is a great place to relax and listen to the fountain or enjoy a meal.

The entire upstairs is your private suite w/queen size bed, twin sofa bed, frig w/freezer, Keurig & flat screen TV w/Netflix, etc. Adjoining room w/bunk beds, closet & chest of drawers. Walk in closet can be used as nursery with Pack & Play provided. Bathroom w/jetted tub & shower on this floor. A 2nd full bath on main floor, kitchen, dining rm + patio w/grill shared w/me for your use.
