Fully kitted with an inverter and solar panels, as well as 3 x 5,000 litre jojo tanks filled with council water, you will never be without electricity or water. We have a beautiful swimming pool with sea views for days. Ramsgate main blue flag beach & Waffle House are just a 1km walk, taking the stone steps at the end of our street. Complimentary cleaning twice weekly.

Relax on the deck with a sundowner, make use of the gas bbq, or swim in the infinity pool. Explore 3 acres of indigenous garden with a river front, see bush buck, monkeys and wild life and birdlife. Make use of the local Italian restaurant or simply unwind. This house has full solar and water tank.

Private and tranquil two bedroomed flatlet set in the Southbroom Conservancy surrounded by nature and close to the beaches and the village centre. Newly installed inverter ensures the lights and wifi are kept on. Southbroom, also known as the Jewel of the South Coast for very good reason, boasts one of the finest golf courses on the South Coast as well as tennis facilities, hiking trails and beautiful swimming beaches. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate children UNDER 13 years.

Laguna La Crete is sited on the edge of the Lagoon which has a waterfall and gate access to the beach below. The flat that has recently been refurbished throughout is at ground level with spectacular sea and breaker views from the living room and main bedroom. The patio frontage has a gas braai and lounge suite that can seat 6 people. A mere 500m walk from The main Beach, A chip and a put up the road to the golf course, Southbroom town centre with fully stocked Convenience Spar, Various shops and eateries, what more could you ask for!?
