The historical brown stone building was beautifully renovated a few years ago. The ceiling is high up and the room is spacious that you feel great. The mattress is one of the most comfortable ones that you can sleep like a sleeping beauty. You feel refresh in this pleasant place after the touring or working in the busy city. 5th floor walk up. Not a good apt for someone who can not handle exercise. If you’re looking for a sleek, minimalist hotel experience, this isn’t it. Church view bedroom in Harlem brownstone

Bright and sunny bedroom in renovated Harlem owner occupied townhouse. The house is steps from 135th Street subway (B and C trains), and 15 minutes to midtown. The bathroom is outside the room, but directly across from it and is only used by the guest staying in this room. Because of NYC regulations, we can only host one person in the room at a time. Please note that although the minimum stay is one night, we typically do not accept one night reservations more than a month in advance.

Your stay will in be in a quiet space facing our private backyard. Located within a shared family home. You will have one of the bedrooms, access to the kitchen, bathroom and living room. The second bedroom is just above you and is occupied by the us. Our location is on Astoria Park South, two blocks from east river and it's amazing city views, a short walk to both the NYC Ferry Astoria stop and Subway Astoria Blvd stop on the N, W train lines. Conveniently located 5 mins from the subway station, a 15 min train ride from Times Sq. Manhattan, and a short stroll away from supermarkets and trendy neighbourhood restaurants and cafes. A perfect stay nested between the busy city and LaGuardia airport (< 15 min drive away) for ease of travel.

Designers apartment on the Upper East Side

Designer's apartment located on a quiet tree lined block of the Upper East Side of Manhattan. Just four flights up brings you to a private, separate entrance leading to your stay with a queen bed, 55" flat screen smart TV with all streaming channels, fast wi-fi that is tested for 338 download speed, writing desk and seating area with couch. For one guest host stays in the other side of the unit, two guests, you will have the entire rental.

Small cozy room in historic 1828 Dobbs Ferry home.

This is a sweet warm room with twin bed chest of drawers, desk and hanging closet with shelves. I have a 2nd larger room with two twin beds in it, listed separately, and also a very small bedroom with a slightly narrower bed with a curtain across the doorway. Please note: I have one cat. So if you are allergic, maybe not a good choice for you. There is no TV in the room.
