Fine little cabin 40 sqm with a good kitchen, bathroom with shower, 1 bedroom queen size bed (and baby crib). Attic with mattresses for 4. Living room with a sleeping couch for 2. (Sleeping place for 6 good friends.) Good cabin to stay in, warm and cosy. Good to have as a base because there is short drive to Reykjavik(80 km), south and west side of Iceland. Short drive to nature of the South: Golden Circle, Waterfall Faxi, Seljalandsfoss, Skógarfoss, glacier, mountains, lakes and rivers.

Vorsabær Apartment

Vorsabær Apartment is very well located for couples travelling in the Golden Circle area. Please notice we are 25 minutes drive from Selfoss town in the middle of the Golden circle area. From here there are 15 minutes to Flúðir, 30 minutes to Þjórsárdalur and within 45 minutes to Geysir, Gullfoss and þingvellir Nationalpark. Check in is very easy, a keybox outside the door. Then Hvílusteinn is perfect as a getaway from the city into the wilderness & as a base camp for South Iceland, within 100 km you have most of Iceland's popular gems! Airport about 170km away. It's nice to just enjoy the local nature and the northern lights in this remote and secluded area of the countryside with a private outdoor shower and shared indoor shower and a sauna. My place is close to The Golden Circle and the Highlands. The place has picturesque view. You can see Hekla, Eyjafjallajökul, Langjökull through the windows of the cottage. Closed to the cottage is Skálholt church, one of Iceland´s most important historic sites. You’ll love my place because of the comfy bed, the coziness, the kitchen, the hot tub. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers. Only 2 km to Health service. If you have back problems we have a soft mattress for you.

This luxury house is located in a beautiful private place in the middle of the Golden Circle. Enjoy the northern lights without any light pollution. We want great comfort for our guests, all beds are with high quality bed linens from Lin Design. The kitchen is well equipped. The terrace is equipped with furniture and a Weber gas bbq. A small river with trout fishing is nearby and our guests are welcome to fish (included). We have a lot of horses and guests are welcome to take a look.

Cow cabin- Unique and beautiful farmstead !

The Cow cabin was the farms cowshed in the past. On the outside we preserved the old rock laying and the architecture style but mixed old and new styles on the inside. We recycle and repurpose as much material as possible while building it and we and our guests are more than satisfied with the outcome. You walk in to an open space where there is a kitchenette and pull-out sofa. Further in there is a wc with a shower and at last a beautiful and romantic dbl.room.

Cosy cottage in South of Iceland

Recent build cottage in the south of iceland, located just outside the small town of Hvolsvöllur, only 3 km from the town. we offer you a relaxing stay with a great view of volcano Hekla, there is much to see close to Hvolsvöllur, for example volcanos like Eyjafjallajökull, waterfalls like Seljalandsfoss or Skógarfoss. the cottage is fitted with a kitchen but if you don't feel like cooking there are resturants to choose from in the area.

Inside the cabin there are 2 single beds, convertible sofa bed, bathroom with a toilet and a shower and kitchen. Good for a couple, 2 couples or 2 adults with 2 children. Infant beds and baby chairs are available if requested.
