Welcome to our house, which was built in 1896, and renovated by our artist family in the 1980s. It's an old fashioned airbnb - we live here, and you're like our downstairs tenants for the time you're here. We'll leave you alone unless you need us. If you're going to the Eastern for a concert, we're a great place to stay. You can walk there from here. Close to beltline, highway, buses and subway, shopping, restaurants, parks, downtown. Our cottage is a private, quiet pet friendly retreat. This is very nice, safe family neighborhood. There are still farms up the street and great walking and hiking trails in the area. Minutes from great shopping and dining at the Avenue of West Cobb. Also about 12 minutes from the Marietta Square, also great for dining, shopping and historical tours. Atlanta is about 30-45 minutes depending on traffic.

A cozy one bedroom basement apartment in Lake Claire, walking distance to the Candler park market, Flying Biscuit and LaFonda restaurant. The Candler park Marta station is a few blocks away. Emory university is an easy drive or bike ride. The apartment has a super cozy Casper queen mattress and there is high speed internet (att fiber). This is a no smoking home!
