Pineland Place is newly remodeled, spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1850 square foot house. It is located in a safe and convenient neighborhood that is less than a mile from Costco, Target, In & Out….all the good stuff. It is also a few minutes from Interstate 5 and Highway 44. There is a spacious kitchen and dining room with lots of stunning counter space to accommodate food, family, fun, and friends! Pets are welcome, but please keep them off the furniture. Fully enclosed back yard.

House of Peace - Quiet, Peaceful, near Shasta Lake

Spend your time in a quiet and peaceful getaway in the beauty of the outdoors. Relax on the back patio, spend time with your dog in the gated front yard or enjoy the cool of the AC inside. Shasta Dam, Shasta Lake and Centimudi boat ramp are only 2 miles away. There are a couple great hikes and walks close by to enjoy. Plus, if you have a boat/trailer, there is a circular driveway that has room for it. Be on the watch for the wild deer and turkeys; listen for the frogs at night too!

In this home you will feel “above it all,” because it literally sits up high (must climb stairs to entry) with great natural lighting while also being near all the downtown fun. The home features cottage core design with cheerful vintage vibes with the primary goal of making you feel comfortable. Soft yet firm beds, cotton bedding, a fully stocked kitchen with a full coffee bar, personalized heating and air in bedrooms and a large fenced backyard!

Peaceful Getaway w/ Easy Access to Lassen & Shasta

Our peaceful apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by beautiful oak and manzanita trees, 2 miles from Bethel and Simpson. With easy access to I-5, you can be at Mt. Lassen National Park or Mt. Shasta in less than one hour! We can accommodate up to 4 people in a queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, & a single rollaway bed (suggested for a youth/child) upon request. Our guest apartment is available for daily, weekly, and monthly rentals.

Take some time to relax in this luxury retreat studio. Attached to our home but completely independent (joined by a shared wall), you can come and go down your own pathway and entrance. Fool of a Took! The first of our four hobbit holes is inspired by Pippin, and has all the charm and whimsy you'd expect. The gray, silver and blue tones harken back to Minas Tirith and the nearby sea. A king-sized bed, spacious shower and cozy bathrobe are just a few of the comforts you'll enjoy during your stay. Unlike Aragorn, we know all about second breakfast!

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. Built in 1948 this block home offers some charming details, built-ins in dining room and a lovely fireplace in the living room. Walk next door to one of our favorite local coffee shops or cross the street to enjoy a burger and fries. Easy freeway access.
