WELL behaved dogs are welcome for a fee of $50( extra per stay ) We are WEST of PCH, Close to everything you need in walking distance or quick uber or car ride !!... located on the avenues in South Redondo just blocks from the Riviera village a prime location where you can shop,dine or go to the beach. There are many restaurants and outdoor cafe's... Pete's,Starbucks and Coffee Bean are just a few of the coffee houses, there is everything from sushi to Italian to dine on and all just down the street from the house. Enjoy dinner and a walk on the beach. This is the best kept secret in the south bay!! Flat Screen TV with HBO, SHOWTIME and tons of Cable channels. Beautiful hardwood floors, large windows that bring in the sun and ocean breezes. Watch the sunset while having dinner at the kitchen table. 5 min walk to beach, 10 min walk to The Riviera Village with restaurants, shopping . Grab the cruisers, ride on The Strand to Hermosa or Manhattan. Live like a local!

Small, grassy area plus cozy outdoor dining space with seating. Many (easily 10-12) nice restaurants within half a mile. Beach and sunset watching a close 3 blocks away. The Redondo Beach Pier is approx 4 blocks away. It's on PCH so you will have easy access to public transportation if needed.

Studio apartment in the basement of Redondo Beach family home on quiet residential street. About 5 minutes from the beach, Riviera Village and Hermosa Beach. Comfortable queen size bed, seating area, and kitchenette with Fridge, microwave and toaster and Nespresso Maker (no cooktop). Our entrance is through the garage and access will be given through keypad entry. Street parking. This is a peaceful space, but some pitter patter from above can be heard.

Desirable location, safe friendly neighborhood, 10/15 min drive to manhattan - hermosa, 7 min drive to Riviera Village. My place is good for local staycations, bike rides on the strand, couples, solo adventurers, business travelers. 8 miles LAX, house hunting. Property is set up for 2 guests. No outside visitors allowed. Only approved guest can stay or come into the house. The max guest limit is 3. The 3rd guest needs to be approved before they stay.

Lovely Highly rated Private guest house in the rear of our house with private access and private parking with AIr Conditioning just 1 1/2 blocks to the beach The area is very walk-able 3 mins to the beach and a few blocks to a beautiful dining and shopping area. We Provide Bikes, beach towels, boogie Boards, umbrella's etc. The guest house is a separate structure and fenced privately, with private access and parking. You wil love it ;-)
