Kick back, relax and enjoy one of the most stunning Cornish sea views towards St Ives and Godrevy lighthouse from the living area. Tranquil in the summer and excellent for storm watching in the winter. Plus from the front there are views up towards St Agnes beacon. Stylish modern annex with private access and entire use of the space. The space itself has one bedroom with a king size bed, cosy seating/eating area, bathroom with bath and shower. There is plenty of parking space to the front.

The Engine House

The Engine House is a Grade 2 listed conversion in the stunning development that is Perran Foundry. 10 minutes from Falmouth beach, and 10 minutes from Truro city. Nestled on the banks of the river Kenall, The Perran Foundry is a World heritage site that is over 200years old!. The Engine House as the name suggests was the beating heart of the foundry. The building has been brought back to life and now boasts contemporary spaces set into the fabric of the old foundry buildings.

Built in 1821, this classic Cornish cottage in a quiet village just outside St Agnes is well-suited for families and groups of couples. Situated just outside St Agnes, it is perfectly suited for a family or group getaway enjoying local beaches and attractions. There is free parking on the drive for 2 cars, or perhaps 3 with a squeeze!
