This is a beach front property on North Beach. Sunrise views. We are the only beach house on the beach. This is close proximity (5 min drive) to the Texas State Aquarium & Lexington Museum or use the beach walk from outside the home all the way down as well. Fishing area & play area is walking distance. Great place to enjoy the sun and the beach ! This house is clean and ready to enjoy your vacation. There is a BBQ pit and picnic table located outside the front door. The large pool and beach walkway is a very short walk for you to enjoy. Where there are additional BBQ grills and tables. The boat parking is provided at the front of the property by the dumpsters. Our beach walkway will lead you to beach at marker #3.
