Radiant Flat with a Charming Roof Balcony

Begin the day with a cup of tea on the sun-washed roof terrace before returning to a sparkling white kitchen to make breakfast. A comfy sofa offers a delightful spot to read a book within this crisp apartment in a charming Georgian building. This brand newly refurbished top floor flat is centrally located within minutes of Fulham Broadway tube, giving you versatile access to all of Central London. A bright and airy reception room enjoys a brand new kitchen with convection hob, oven, fridge, microwave and a Nespresso coffee machine. The open plan kitchen/ living room enjoys a bespoke fitted bench seating area. The reception has USB ports for charging your phone (please bring your phone cable) and a newly installed TV with Netflix. The reception rooms opens out onto a south west facing terrace overlooking mature trees that lead to the park. A perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or an early evening drink, enabling you to soak up the buzzy atmosphere. Free Wifi is available. The bedroom suite enjoys bespoke fitted wardrobes with hangers and a brand new ensuite shower room with rain shower and feature lighting. This Stunning property has open plan living with bespoke kitchen and designer furniture. The property is perfectly located for Granger&Co and the other restaurants on Westbourne Grove, Portobello market is also only a few minutes walk. The apartment benefits from high ceilings and large windows which allow the light to flood the the living space.
