The spacious annex has a separate guest entrance and off-street parking. Guests can use the private patio and there are facilities for breakfast of toast & cereal (included). Located down a private drive in the heart of Liphook within walking distance of many local amenities (3 pubs, supermarket, cinema, take aways). The train station is only a 7 minute walk away and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. We are on the edge of the South Downs National Park with some stunning walks from the house.

A cosy modern ground floor 1 bed (sofa bed) within our lively family home, with all the basics including own en suite shower room /wc and TV. It is the perfect place for a short stay. There is a small counter to make drinks and small meals including mini fridge freezer and microwave oven. Alternatively if you are preparing a big meal you can use the family kitchen just text me in advance so i can unlock the door and remove our to friendly /energetic dogs. Guest are welcome to use the gas BBQ

The property itself provides studio living with a comfortable double bed, television (Netflix & free sat channels), wardrobe and fitted bathroom. Please note there are no kitchen/cooking facilities at this property, however tea/coffee making facilities are provided together with a fridge to store your picnic essentials!

We are located on the 14 bus route which takes you directly into Brighton.The bus stops are literally right outside and run every 15 minutes.
