Self contained with an outside seating area/BBQ, ideal for relaxing outside. 15mins to Glasgow Airport, 25mins to Loch Lomond, 20mins to Glasgow city. 7miles to Lochwinnoch/Castle Semple water sports & 5miles to Muirshiel Country Park. Surrounded by open fields and close to cycle paths & lovely walks. 3min drive to Knapps Loch. The villages of Bridge of Weir & Kilmacolm are 1 mile away with many restaurants.

Dining room: patio doors leading to patio. Kitchen: electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Separate toilet First Floor: Bedroom 1: king size bed and en-suite Bedroom 2: double bed. Bedroom 3: 2 twin beds. Bathroom: shower over bath, and toilet.

This ground floor apartment is beautifully presented and is ideal for a couple, two couples or a family. It has one self contained double bedroom, a second bedroom which can be curtained off and a sofa bed. The rest of the area is open plan with space to sit in front of a widescreen TV and biofuel fire, a fully fitted kitchen with bar stools and a separate table for dining. The shower and toilet are separate and easily accessible by most disabled people. We welcome pets.
