This centrally located 5-br home is situated in a secure & clean neighborhood, within easy reach of everything: 3 mins to the highway, 2 blocks from Kennydale beach park; Seatac airport & downtown Bellevue are 15 mins while downtown Seattle is 20 mins away. The house boasts beautiful views of Lake WA, Seattle, Bellevue, and comes equipped with A/C to ensure a comfortable & relaxing stay. Vibrant studio guest house. Every comfort was thought of as this studio was designed (and used primarily for) visiting family. This studio offers 2 queen beds (one in a bedroom that can be sectioned off with a curtain and one as a pull out sofa in the media area), a gorgeous bath with a separate sink/vanity space, a pull down desk work space and a full kitchen with an eat- in bar that seats 3. Internet: WiFi 6, Ethernet ports, 1,200 mbps ISP. 2 foldout desk options provide work spaces.
