The Orchard House

**A devastating freeze in October 2020 killed all 400 of our sweet cherry trees and many of our peach trees. Sadly, our orchard is not the lush green jewel it once was. We are planting new cherry trees in the Spring of 2022. While the orchard views have changed, the Orchard House continues to offer a very comfortable place to rest and recharge. Come enjoy fresh air and quiet whether you are stopping through on a road trip or staying longer for local adventure. Fast WiFi for telecommuting!

Country Cottage Retreat

Our whimsical country cottage is the perfect spot to sit and relax, take a stroll down a country road or have a gathering under the big cottonwood tree. Enjoy the views of the ponds, and if you watch, you may see some wildlife roaming. After a fun day of sightseeing enjoy a s'more around the fire pit. The inside has plenty of space for games, a meal together, and has new luxury beds and furniture for a delightful stay. Nothing says "stop and smell the coffee" like this romantic country retreat.

Relax, our home is comfy with a 70" Smart TV in the livingroom as well as a 40" TV in the King bedroom and ONLY 2 Miles to downtown* Total of 2 bedrooms 1 bath, living room, mini kitchen and front patio. Also included a beanbag bed if you need a 4th bed. Just open it and unfold it into a bed. **Available on request a PAC N PLAY & highchair. This is a duplex style with no shared spaces. Mountain Vista House

Our contemporary cabin is located 10 minutes (6 miles) from the town of Telluride. We are 2.7 miles form the Town of Mountain Village Gondola parking structure. The Gondola is a fun, free ride to town. There is also an extensive trail system for hiking, biking and running that can be accessed from within the neighborhood( maps in binder) Please read this before requesting to book, ESPECIALLY if booking during winter months (Nov-April)our property may not be for everyone...
