Between the Yorkshire Dales , the many historic sites and houses there is plenty to explore.The cathedral city of Ripon is 1and a 1/2 miles away, and can be accessed by public footpath.The area is hugely popular with both walkers and cyclists being on the Ripon Rowell . Harrogate and York are both within easy reach and there are several racecourses near by

Many lovely walks start right from your doorstep. But no parties I’m afraid as it’s a quiet area.

Grantham Loft is a 2 bedroom first floor flat situated in the heart of Boroughbridge. Spacious & stylishly decorated, with free wifi & parking. Boroughbridge has a fine selection of shops & pubs and is only a couple of minutes drive from the A1. There is a fully fitted kitchen with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washer, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, crockery and pots. 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed & one a double bunk bed and single above, plus comfy lounge & large TV.

With eye catching views of the large garden and surrounding countryside, inside is cosy with a wood burning stove in the sitting room, and the bedroom tucked into the upper body of the cottage.
