Youlgreave is a hidden gem in the heart of the Peak District, that feels unchanged through time, it has three great pubs, many walking routes, and a local village store and deli. Bakewell is a few minutes drive away.

Chalet in the grounds of a large garden in the beautiful Peak District village of Youlgrave (good pubs & shops). Spectacular walks on doorstep. My mother was Swiss German and she had a large greenhouse made into the Chalet in 1992. In 2017 we fully renovated this quirky building. Easy parking, twin beds with new high quality firm memory foam mattresses in 2020, no smoking, ONE dog friendly. Outside seating We have a gorgeous friendly golden retriever. infrared sauna is available at extra cost

The Coach House has been refurbished , with designer furniture, wall paper, hand painted murals on the walls, marble shower room, hypnos beds and an American fridge freezer. There are three public houses which all serve home cooked food using local produce and there are two bakeries, a deli and post office.
